Build In Public

Why Build In Public?

For so long, I have been avoiding the inner calling. I felt lost, confused about what to do in life — whether to pursue a job or do my own things. Things have started to clear up now.

I have realized over time that there is no point in chasing impermanent things. It took a good amount of time reflecting on myself, and deciding what to do with my life.

Why am I doing this?

  • Accountability — Sharing publicly creates pressure to follow through
  • Community — Attract people on the same journey who become collaborators
  • Build an audience before you need one — Start now, not when it's "ready"
  • Feedback loops — Learn faster through public iteration
  • Legacy — Document the journey for yourself and others

Personal Purpose

  • Seek Inwards First: Peace and mindfulness
  • Overflow Outwards: Sharing with the world

That's it. Plain and simple.

What It Means In Action

First, I want to write my original thoughts on this blog. Me personally, not any AI. I have used AI for a while, but I want something that is true and authentic, not AI-generated. Single source of truth. Then the blog can act as the main source to create multiple social media contents. But originality and authenticity matters to me.

I want to blog about my learnings and my public notes on this blog. Raw things, always updated. I want to write the blog, then start talking about it on X and on YouTube. I don't have a definite structure for it. But I just need to start posting — without even worrying about how to make it viral or something.

My Content Pillars

What themes will I consistently cover?

  • Tech Learnings — Next.js, AI tools, dev workflows, productivity
  • Indie Hacking — Building products, validating ideas, shipping fast
  • Startup Learnings — Failures, wins, what I'm figuring out
  • Mindset & Life — Personal growth, purpose, staying grounded

Dealing With The Fear

A lot of builders hesitate because of fear. Let me address it head-on:

  • What if people copy my ideas? — Most people won't act on them. Execution beats ideas.
  • What if I fail publicly? — Failure is data. Share it.
  • What if I'm judged? — The people who matter will support you. The rest don't matter.
  • What will I NOT share? — Revenue specifics (until meaningful), client names, personal details too private.

My Posting Rhythm

No strict rules yet. Starting with:

  • Blog: Ship when something feels worth writing
  • X (Twitter): Share updates, thoughts, learnings — daily when possible
  • YouTube: Long-form reflections on what I'm building and learning

The goal is consistency over perfection. Start messy, improve later.

Projects I'm Building

Trigyaa — AI-First E-Commerce Platform

Trigyaa is an e-commerce platform I built from the ground up — but with a twist. Instead of traditional SaaS workflows where you log into a dashboard and click around, I designed it around AI agent workflows as the primary interface.

The core idea: Traditional e-commerce forces you to navigate through dashboards, forms, and menus. Trigyaa flips this — you tell the AI what you want, and it handles the rest.

What makes it different:

  • Agentic-first design — AI agents handle product management, order processing, and customer interactions as the default way to interact with the platform
  • AI-powered product management — Create products, generate images, write descriptions — all through natural language commands
  • Non-traditional interfaces — Instead of clicking through 10 screens to update inventory, you just ask the AI
  • Traditional mode still exists — For those who prefer the classic dashboard experience, it's still there as an alternative

This is my experiment in rethinking SaaS from scratch — what if the AI is the interface, not an add-on?

Khabar Online — AI-Powered News & Content Automation

The question that sparked this project: Can AI agents script data and run an entire blog on their own?

Khabar Online is my experiment in autonomous content creation. Here's how it works:

How it works:

  1. Aggregates news from multiple sources
  2. Independent research — AI analyzes and cross-references across sources
  3. Generates original blog content — Creates new, value-add articles from the research

The bigger vision: This is just the initial version. I want to experiment with different approaches to AI-powered content creation — to provide massive value to creators. Instead of spending hours researching and writing, what if AI could handle the heavy lifting while you focus on strategy and creativity?

This project is my sandbox for figuring out what AI content creation can look like when done right.

TrueValueEstate — Property Valuation & Insights Platform

The real estate market has a gap: property valuation services are fragmented and underutilized — but I think it can be huge if done right.

People need accurate, validated information: Is this property overpriced? Underpriced? Where are rates headed? What services are available? Currently, this data is scattered and unreliable.

That's what TrueValueEstate is for. Built around validated valuation data and market insights — helping buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions.

Focus for now: Getting this project online first. Once live, I'll shift to social media marketing to drive traction. Then we'll revisit and work on the other projects.

JCI Alumni — Connecting a Legacy Community

I've been part of JCI (Junior Chamber International) for 4-5 years now. It's a massive community that's been active in India for decades — but here's the problem:

The gap: Every year, leadership changes and people lose track. Knowledge, connections, and momentum get lost between generations.

My mission: Bring the JCI community together. Create a central place where members — past and present — can stay connected, access resources, and continue growing together.

Current state: Started with a simple static site. The plan is to involve community members early, gather feedback, and build something that actually serves the community — not what I think they need.

This one's personal. JCI shaped a lot of who I am. Time to give back.

Current Focus

  1. Launch Trigyaa — AI-first e-commerce platform is the priority
  2. Social media marketing — Handle promotions and traction myself
  3. Revisit other projects — TrueValueEstate, Khabar Online, JCI Alumni will follow

I have more projects planned, but spreading thin hasn't worked. Ship one, market it, learn from it — then move forward.

Note: This is a living document. I'll update it as things evolve — expect frequent changes as I learn and iterate.
